When Anita's parents got around to naming their first born, they thought they had come up with an original name when they paired the Latin sounding Anita with the English surname Holmes. Perhaps so, but it turns out there are a number of Anita Holmeses. A few other parents had the same "original" idea.
Of the hundreds of Anita Holmeses in the United States, at least 10 are writers. One writes books about dolls. She is not this Anita Holmes. One writes about time-slips. She is not this Anita Holmes. At least one writes mysteries. This Anita Holmes has not written a mystery, yet, but she is "working on one."
There are multiple Anita Holmeses on Facebook and at least 25 on LinkedIn. As far as this Anita Holmes knows, there is only one Anita Holmes who is a writer, editor, photographer, but that is only as far as she knows!
